Adaptation of Teaching-Learning Models Due to Covid-19 Pandemic: Challenge Towards Teachers Problem-Solving Skills

Pandemic covid-19 has a significant impact on the world of education. Changes in learning system affect process. The problem arises felt by educators east Kalimantan palm oil plantations related to online support facilities. Network limitations and communication tools become separate¬¬ educating nation's children during pandemic. This study aims identify strategies, methods, obstacles, solutions for teachers solving problems research was conducted through qualitative involving three elementary school teachers. Observation data retrieval techniques, interviews, documentation. Test data's validity triangulation sources .the subjects Teladan Prima Benua Baru 01 schools. Data analysis using Miles &Huberman consists activities that coincide: reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing. results showed namely smartphone ownership, unavailability network coverage internet, TV, radio, limited teaching materials, student home distance, discipline, parental accompanying learn, time constraints. Teacher problem-solving strategies include implementing blended learning, creating groups, regular visits students, partnering with parents, adapting plans, optimizing electronic media, utilizing creative media. Thus, aspects skills are essential educators.
